How a Session Runs
Most sessions begin with a short conversation about your goals and any genetic data you have available, then move directly to hands-on cooking. You do the work. Chef Alexx coaches in real time. By the end of a session you will have prepared two to four dishes, understood the science behind each one, and locked in techniques you can use the rest of your life.
Investment
Private culinary instruction in the Salt Lake City market typically runs $200 to $500 per hour, depending on the chef's credentials and curriculum.
Mechanixx sessions are priced per session, not per hour, with a clearly scoped curriculum agreed upon in advance.
Group rates available for couples, families, and small private groups.

Common Questions
Do I need to have professional kitchen equipment to do this?
No. Chef Alexx teaches with what you have. If you happen to have a Convection Steam Oven or other specialty appliance, he will teach you how to use it correctly. If you have a basic kitchen, the lessons still land.
Can my existing household chef sit in?
Yes. This is one of the most common formats. The chef learns the genetics-based methodology, the principal gets the education they wanted, and the household ends up with a chef who knows exactly how to cook for the family.
Are these classes the same as cooking shows or food TV?
No. This is private instruction with curriculum. You leave with skills, not entertainment. The science is real and the methods are tested.
