Private Chef Services, Built Around Your DNA
Chef Alexx prepares your meals in your kitchen, on a schedule that fits your week, designed around your genetic profile and the way your body actually responds to food.
Who This Is For
Executives, founders, professional athletes, and households navigating a serious health protocol. People who already understand that what they eat is a leverage point, and want a professional who can execute on that leverage every week. If you have a private chef now and feel the food is good but generic, this is the upgrade. If you have never had a chef and want to start with someone who treats genetics as the starting point rather than a marketing line, this is the entry.

How the Engagement Works
Every engagement begins with a discovery call. From there, Chef Alexx reviews any genetic data or bloodwork you already have, or recommends a panel if you do not. A baseline menu is built, the kitchen is set up, and weekly cooking begins. The menu evolves as your body responds. Most clients are on a recurring weekly or twice-weekly cadence. Travel can be arranged for households between residences.
Investment
Private chef engagements in this category typically run $30 to $60 per person, per meal, when calculated weekly.
A household running breakfast, lunch, and dinner four days a week for two people generally lands in the $2,500 to $4,800 per month range, all-inclusive of sourcing and labor.
Mechanixx engagements are scoped after the discovery call, based on household size, meal cadence, dietary complexity, and travel.
Quoted on the discovery call. No surprises and no hourly billing.
Common Questions
What makes this different from a personal chef who claims to do healthy food?
Most personal chefs cook food that looks healthy. Chef Alexx is a Certified Functional Genomics Coach in addition to a Certified Chef de Cuisine. The menu starts with your DNA, not with a generic clean-eating template. Method matters as much as ingredient. Some nutrients are destroyed by the wrong cooking technique. Others are not absorbable without a specific pairing. This is the work.
Do I need to have genetic testing done already?
No. Chef Alexx can recommend a panel that aligns with the work he does and interpret the results once they arrive. If you already have a 23andMe, Ancestry, or clinical panel, those work too. The interpretation is the bottleneck, not the test.
What is the minimum commitment?
Most engagements are structured monthly. A single Private Dinner is the lowest-commitment way to experience the work and is a common first step before signing on for weekly service.
Do you travel?
Yes. Chef Alexx serves Salt Lake City to Las Vegas in his standard radius and travels anywhere on request for the right engagement.
